Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To make a return, you can contact us at Info@yolonuts.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: 231 Rue St-Charles S., Granby, Quebec, Canada, J2G 9M6, Local 24, Door 5, YOLO NUTS.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as certain foods, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of opened products. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new one.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
